Bonnie L Thompson, Certified Positive Psychology Coach, CPCC, CAPP, HMCT
As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Certified Positive Psychology Coach, and HeartMath® Certified Coach and Trainer, I have many years of experience and success working with clients who are committed to transforming their lives for the better. I have worked with HSPs for many years and as an HSP I understand both the challenges and the gifts of this trait from the inside out. The model I use is “Self-Awareness — Self Compassion — Self-Care.” Research shows that you can intentionally learn to cultivate greater happiness and well-being in your life. This is astoundingly good news! This means that wherever you are in your life, right now — as an HSP — you can learn scientifically proven strategies, tools and techniques to move the needle on your level of well-being and happiness. I will teach you how, always keeping your trait of high sensitivity as the focus of our work together.
