I help changemakers and creatives envision the full possibilities of what they are capable of creating in their work and their lives and then stand side-by-side with them to help them go out there and make it happen.
My clients are predominantly heart-centered entrepreneurs and leaders in the non-profit, health, and education sectors; helping professionals and caregivers (i.e. educators, doctors, coaches, counselors, non-profit professionals, ministers, parents and family caregivers, etc.); and creatives (writers, artists, actors, musicians, etc.).
Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive people (HSP), perfectionists, and/or people who are Myers-Briggs NF types (feelers, intuitive, idealists, heart-centered people).
I am a facilitator of Dare to Lead™ and The Daring Way™ (based on the work of Brené Brown) and incorporate this work into my individual coaching with clients who are looking for growth in areas such as authenticity, creativity, vulnerability, courage, and connection.
I am also a Certified Designing Your Life Coach (https://designingyour.life/), and use principles of Design Thinking to empower my clients to envision and live into their desired life path.
I ultimately aim to help my clients develop the ability to live, work, parent, and lead from their Best Selves as much of the time as possible, so that they can feel proud of how they show up in the world.
About Me: I am a coach, a therapist and social worker, and an educator. I am myself an HSP and the parent of an HSP, and I coach parents of other highly sensitive children (I have read The Highly Sensitive Child). For more information, please visit www.kristinigh.com.

Uncommon support for sensitive souls in professional roles. Empowering HSPs, introverts, empaths and quiet leaders to live & lead vibrantly, and experience the kinds of success that matter most: servant leadership without self-sacrifice or burnout, confidence, freedom, authentic influence, heart-centered contribution, self-awareness, deep connection, healthy relationships, purpose & meaning, life & career transitions, and other individualized expressions of self- and energy-mastery.
As an HSP myself, with more than 20 years in Fortune 100 senior leadership plus a decade and counting as a business owner, I know first hand that it is possible to lead authentically, honor your very valuable (and oh, so needed!) gifts of sensitivity in your career of choice, and thrive on all levels.
You have a powerful and unique role to play during these auspicious times, and you don’t have to go it alone. It is my honor to walk with you and shine the light forward.
