I combine 25 years of international business and marketing background in media and high-tech with a deep level of listening, years of coaching, somatic practices, and energy healing to help HSPs, empaths, and introverts to thrive in business, whether that means creating increased comfort in a corporate setting, transitioning from a corporate role into your own business, or developing marketing visibility for your business that is aligned with your sensitivity.

As an HSP and introvert myself, I learned to navigate the corporate world and walk through the transition to start and build my own business. Having worked in marketing for 20+ years, I figured that marketing and sales would be the easiest part of starting my business and then realized that it is quite different from promoting someone else’s products and that most marketing formulas are developed by non-HSPs. I now work with healing arts professionals, coaches, therapists, and other small business owners to create marketing strategies that are attuned to their personal strengths, to feel comfortable being the face of their business, and to resolve any fear around selling so that they can build a thriving business.

Sessions can be conducted in either English or German.

I help changemakers and creatives envision the full possibilities of what they are capable of creating in their work and their lives and then stand side-by-side with them to help them go out there and make it happen.

My clients are predominantly heart-centered entrepreneurs and leaders in the non-profit, health, and education sectors; helping professionals and caregivers (i.e. educators, doctors, coaches, counselors, non-profit professionals, ministers, parents and family caregivers, etc.); and creatives (writers, artists, actors, musicians, etc.).

Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive people (HSP), perfectionists, and/or people who are Myers-Briggs NF types (feelers, intuitive, idealists, heart-centered people).

I am a facilitator of Dare to Lead™ and The Daring Way™ (based on the work of Brené Brown) and incorporate this work into my individual coaching with clients who are looking for growth in areas such as authenticity, creativity, vulnerability, courage, and connection.

I am also a Certified Designing Your Life Coach (https://designingyour.life/), and use principles of Design Thinking to empower my clients to envision and live into their desired life path.

I ultimately aim to help my clients develop the ability to live, work, parent, and lead from their Best Selves as much of the time as possible, so that they can feel proud of how they show up in the world.

About Me: I am a coach, a therapist and social worker, and an educator. I am myself an HSP and the parent of an HSP, and I coach parents of other highly sensitive children (I have read The Highly Sensitive Child). For more information, please visit www.kristinigh.com.

Joanne Ostler, Career, Executive and Life Coach

I’m a Professionally Credentialed, PCC ICF, Coach (since 2007) specialising in transitions, career development, leadership development, vertical development, personal growth, supporting Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP’s).

I work with thoughtful individuals and professionals (worldwide and across cultures) facing a difficult period in their lives or a challenging transition in their careers. My talent lies in working one-to-one with individuals who want clarity, fulfilment and personal growth and my purpose is to help people grow and make a gentler world.

Humans aren’t neurobiologically wired to solve our own thinking/feeling problems. We go around in circles, beat ourselves up, play the same tapes in our head over and over again. That’s why our brains need coaches.

My always deepening toolkit includes a wide range of career development approaches, The Narrative Enneagram, Vertical Development Tools, Gallup Strengths, Marcus Buckingham’s Standout, MBTI, Self-compassion, Somatics and Mindfulness, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Emotional Agility,

Uncommon support for sensitive souls in professional roles. Empowering HSPs, introverts, empaths and quiet leaders to live & lead vibrantly, and experience the kinds of success that matter most: servant leadership without self-sacrifice or burnout, confidence, freedom, authentic influence, heart-centered contribution, self-awareness, deep connection, healthy relationships, purpose & meaning, life & career transitions, and other individualized expressions of self- and energy-mastery.

As an HSP myself, with more than 20 years in Fortune 100 senior leadership plus a decade and counting as a business owner, I know first hand that it is possible to lead authentically, honor your very valuable (and oh, so needed!) gifts of sensitivity in your career of choice, and thrive on all levels.

You have a powerful and unique role to play during these auspicious times, and you don’t have to go it alone. It is my honor to walk with you and shine the light forward.

Katie Seaver

I’m an HSP myself, and it took me years to understand how to take good care of myself, so my sensitivity could be a strength and not a burden. I’m committed to helping others navigate their professional and personal lives with more comfort, authenticity, and confidence.

Many of my clients look from the outside like they’re “together.” And yet, they often feel like something’s off or not right in their professional lives. They may be struggling with burnout, lack of confidence, or new responsibilities.

Often, when we feel “not quite right,” there’s a blind spot we’re not seeing, or an opportunity to develop new skills that would help us thrive more in our lives. That’s where coaching can be a powerful resource. Sure, we can “push through” or figure out many things on our own, but it’s much easier with help.

(including neuroscience approaches, career and profiling tools, mindfulness, self-compassion). I look forward to hearing from you 🙂

I work internationally with highly sensitive women over the phone or web (via zoom/Skype). Some of the women who come to me for coaching would like greater harmony within their work / life, focus on their health and wellbeing or discovering their confidence and inner strength.

I have worked in a school and with schools to support students with students who are highly sensitive for over 10 years (as a teacher and coach).
