|I help later identified Autistics and HSPs break free of a lifetime of “shoulds” and expectations to make a life that truly works. For you.|
I’m Autistic, too. And ADHD. With sensory differences from the perceived norm. And highly sensitive. And physically disabled. With chronic pain. So I get it.
I’m a Martha Beck certified Wayfinder Life Coach, and have been trained in Shanker Self-Reg, neuro-somatic mindfulness, interoception, embodiment, trauma awareness, and Internal Family Systems. I’m also a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol.
Kara Evans, LMHP, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with highly sensitive women and children, helping them reach their full potential and grow to be the best version of themselves as they encounter challenges related to anxiety, life transitions, perfectionism, and grief and loss. My therapeutic training has centered around evidence- based treatments with cognitive- behavioral and mindfulness components. Additionally, my focus is how to heal from those stressful experiences that can continue to impact us long after they are over.
I believe in taking an integrative, holistic approach to treatment and examining the many domains of our lives and how they impact our psychological health, including: medical factors, sleep, relationships and social support, community, and spirituality.
As an HSP myself I have a strong passion for this work. I would love to visit with you to see if this would be a good fit. Please visit my website and don’t hesitate to reach out.
