I am a highly sensitive person and a psychologist and I have the pleasure of working with a lot of clients with the HSP trait. They are my absolute favourite clients to work with. I work with adults and teens (from age 14 years), both in-person and online. I have two highly sensitive children (now grown up), have read The Highly Sensitive Child and am very happy to work with parents of highly sensitive children.

I provide therapy to people across the lifespan from various cultural backgrounds. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.
This includes people with mild to severe mental health challenges. I also assist with general wellbeing, self-development and important life transitions.
Although we may talk about difficult things, my aim is for you to leave feeling more confident in having been truly heard and accepted for who you are.
