Jennifer Bargmann, MS, LPC
Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Supervision, Consultation, Mentorship
My passions and specialty areas include working with eating disorders, self injury and highly sensitive people. As a counselor educator, I am passionate about helping HST’s (highly sensitive therapists) navigate the unique challenges which arise for us as we are entering the field and/or maintaining a practice. I love working with graduate students who are working towards their master’s degree in school and professional counseling and who are HSP. I am an HSP/HST. I offer supervision to those seeking licensure in Colorado and am able to consult with and/or mentor others hoping to learn more about working with someone who is an HSP.

I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive Persons and transitions, the gentle resolution of trauma (extensive training and many ways of working), anxiety, and relationship challenges, including infidelity and midlife crisis.
I have been a resource for Parents magazine on parenting as an HSP and can consult with parents of Highly Sensitive Children, as well. I have raised two Highly Sensitive Children, now young adults, and I am an HSP and understand the challenges and gifts of this trait.

Nancy Prescott, MSEd, LPCC
I specialize in working with highly sensitive adults, (ages 20yrs+) providing a safe space to explore the unique qualities of being a Highly Sensitive Person. As an HSP myself, I understand the complexities of navigating life with this special trait and use a strengths-based approach to therapy.
I let my intuition guide me in helping others achieve their highest healing on a soul-to-soul level. I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, which can be highly effective in helping HSP’s with managing perfectionism, people pleasing and working through past trauma. Some of the issues I work with are anxiety, grief & loss, life transitions, and codependency. I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
