Katie Turner is a Registered Psychologist, speaker and intuition expert who helps people heal the past and empower them in the present to create a life they love . I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I have a decade of experience in nutrition counselling and I specialize in working with eating disorders including binge and compulsive eating and improving body image. I guide individuals to tune into their inner hunger and fullness cues and learn to attend to emotions without using food. I take the time to explore the body’s experience as I believe that the body is a source of wisdom that needs to be understood. My work involves a combination of mindfulness, movement, and self compassion.
