Samantha Harrold, MA
It took me a long time to learn that there is power in being a highly sensitive person, that the fire I held could ignite other’s healing.
I now specialize in working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and strive to spread this fire by helping adult survivors of trauma heal wounds so they can feel safe in their own bodies, and live an empowered life.
As an artist and yogi I am a firm believer in the power of holistic healing, which considers the whole person — body, mind, spirit, and emotions — in the quest for health and wellness. I believe all humans have intuitive wisdom and an innate ability to heal themselves. All that you need is already within you, together we can work to access these resources.
Andrea Kamins, LICSW
I work with individual adults (21 and older) who find themselves feeling anxious, “stuck” or overwhelmed. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, challenges faced by highly sensitive people (HSP), adult survivors of childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and childhood emotional neglect (CEN). My approach is integrative, meaning I make use of various types of therapies based on the needs and preferences of the client. I help clients connect past patterns with challenges they have in the present in order to make the kinds of changes that lead to a happier and more fulfilling life. Kristen R. Weick, MA, LMHC, NCC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Massachusetts
I am seeing clients via online virtual sessions only, and since I am licensed in two states, Florida and Massachusetts, I can see any client who is physically within either state during the time of their appointment. I am personally located in Orlando, FL, so I am most familiar with that community, but I’m excited to work with folks located anywhere in the states I’m licensed in via telehealth. The populations I specialize in counseling include people who identify within the broad spectrums of sexual orientation and/or gender identity & expression, so the entire LGBTQIA+ community, and persons living with HIV, as well as polyamorous folks & others in non-monogamous or open relationships.

I am a licensed psychologist who helps HSPs navigate things like stress, anxiety, depression, and grief, with additional specializations in narcissistic abuse and couples counseling.
I believe the most important factor in a good therapy experience is the therapeutic relationship, and I want you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I’ll take time to get to know you and hear your unique story, and we’ll work together to figure out what we want to focus on.
Whether that’s learning better ways to manage stress, increasing self-compassion, or setting boundaries to prioritize your health, I’ll be with you each step of the way!

Desiree S. Howell, Ph.D.
I specialize in helping sensitive and ambitious adult women heal from trauma, burnout, & anxiety to create more connection, inner peace, & life balance. I empower my clients to re-calibrate and realign thoughts, feelings, actions, and the nervous system with their values and needs to bring more pleasure, joy, and alignment to their life. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all so I work collaboratively with you to create the safe space you need to achieve your specific goals. Turning pain into power because you deserve better than the exhausting hustle/grind status quo pressure to prove your worth. You don’t need to try harder, you need to feel safer and be supported.
