In addition to drawing from Dr. Aron’s work in support of HSPs, I have completed trainings with Dr. Judith Orloff to provide support to those who identify as empaths. My goal is to help sensitive people recognize their gifts and more effectively navigate challenges to live in a more empowered way. I work from a strengths-based perspective, use trauma-informed approaches, and incorporate specialty areas focused on connection with nature and animals. Dreamwork is an area of specialty for me as well. I am certified in compassionate bereavement care and offer counseling for pet loss.
