I provide HIPAA-Compliant Telehealth psychotherapy sessions for individuals located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island and South Carolina
I am a Licensed Individual Clinical Social Worker and I work with HSPs experiencing anxiety, panic, and low self esteem. I am an HSP myself and I support HSPs to connect to the wisdom inside of them and listen to their needs. I believe that everyone has innate wisdom inside of them and it is just about creating the conditions for folks to be able to tap into it. I use EMDR therapy, mindfulness, mind-body/somatic practices, the nervous system and parts work in my work with clients. I support HSPs to see their sensitivity as an asset to work with, instead of against.
By understanding what it means to be a “highly sensitive person” you can better understand yourself and your needs without judgment. You can work with your nervous system, instead of against it. You can feel more empowered to assert your needs and be confident in who you are. You can relish in your superpower of feeling and experiencing deeply and see life, and your experience of it, through a new lens. And I can help you get there. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.

I am an HSP therapist who integrates traditional evidenced-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR) with my unique background in holistic nursing, complementary energy healing practices, and expressive arts therapy to skillfully address traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and a variety of mood disorders. After decades of work experience with children and families in clinical, educational, and community mental health settings, in addition to 20+ years of personal experience as a highly sensitive parent of my own highly sensitive children (now adults), I am well-equipped to consult with parents raising highly sensitive children. It is my honor to be able to specialize in empowering HSP children, teens, adults, and couples seeking therapy to become the amazing individuals they came here to be!

I provide psychotherapy for highly sensitive adults, adolescents and families. I help HSPs live in better alignment with their sensitive temperament, support their sensitive nervous systems, and embrace their authentic selves. My style is warm, down to earth, collaborative, compassionate, and deeply intuitive. I specialize in helping adults and adolescents navigate anxiety (generalized, panic, health, OCD, social), stressful life transitions and events, relationships, self-esteem, ADHD, and the pressures of daily life. In addition to individual therapy, I work with parents and caregivers by providing consultations to improve their skills and understanding in supporting their highly sensitive children. My therapeutic approach is integrative drawing from psychodynamic and evidence based modalities including cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, and self-compassion/mind-body techniques. As an HSP myself, I have a true appreciation for the challenges HSPs face as well as the incredible strengths and gifts inherent in one’s innate sensitivity.
